We hope that you love your Hangimals ShooZoo & that they settle into to your family home quickly. If however for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy for you to return the item to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
We would ask that the item be returned in the condition it was supplied to you with the original packaging and without the removal of any product ticket detailing the brand name & product safety information.
Regrettably, the cost of returning the item will not be covered by Hangimals ShooZoo and will have to be paid for by you, the consumer.
